Payment Term

- Guests are required to pay to hotel a 100% deposit of total estimated revenue before the guest arrival at least 14 days unless the different agreement is made.
- The Hotel reserves its absolute right to release all rooms not so guaranteed by payment of deposits within the time limit stated unless, separate written arrangements have been agreed between the Hotel and the contracting Party.
- Failure to comply the payment policy before guest check-out, the hotel will collect directly from the guest at published rates. Payment must include room accommodation, transfers & inclusive meal plans or any charges (if any).
